Required Qualifications
  • Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration, Human Resources or related field.
  • Strong knowledge of developing recruitment and retention strategies.
  • Minimum of 5-7 years of full-life cycle recruitment
  • Proficient with Applicant tracking systems
  • Advanced communication skills both oral and written
  • Must be proficient in MS Office (Outlook, Word, Excel and PowerPoint).

Preferred Qualifications
  • Master’s degree in HR or a related field.
  • Healthcare recruitment experience
  • PHR/SPHR or other Human Resources certifications

  • Must be proficient in full life-cycle recruitment process to include advertising, sourcing, prescreening, interviewing, and negotiating salary offers.
  • Utilize team based interviewing as well as incorporate behavioral interviewing techniques as part of the recruitment process
  • Research and utilize salary surveys and compensation benchmarks to include COLA, merit based and best practices.
  • Routinely post ads on company website as well as internet and social media job boards.
  • Build and maintain relationships with managers, executives, administrators, etc.
  • Calculate, measure, track and present recruitment analytics, dashboards and formulas.
  • Develop and facilitate workshops that will add value to the overall recruitment process.
  • Format, research and develop position based competencies’ throughout the organization.
  • Create interview templates for all current and new positions.
  • Implement sourcing strategies to attract a pool of candidates for regular as well as hard to fill openings.
  • Develop retention strategies that will aid in reducing turnover.
  • Oversee and facilitate job fairs, open houses, and networking events
  • Act as a coach or mentor in overseeing junior level recruiters
