Required Qualifications
  • Current enrollment in an accredited Bachelor’s degree program
  • Ability to maintain a professional demeanor
  • Excellent time management and active listening skills
  • Ability to complete tasks in a timely and accurate manner


SUMMARY: The Student Aide will assist the offsite practices with various clerical duties. They will assist the site manager with data entry, updating records, scanning into the medical record, and maintaining filing systems.


  • Assist the site manager in carrying out special projects
  • Assist with clerical duties, including and not limited to filing, EMR scanning and date entry
  • Assist with maintain office operations in accordance to departmental policies and procedures
  • Faxing, photocopying and preparing mailings for the site

**Must be currently enrolled in an accredited Bachelor Degree's Program for eligibility.
