Required Qualifications
  • Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration, Human Resources or related field.
  • Strong knowledge of developing recruitment and retention strategies.
  • Minimum of 2- 4 years of full-life cycle recruitment
  • Applicant tracking systems experience
  • Experience creating recruitment dashboards and analytics
  • Must be proficient in MS Office (Outlook, Word, Excel and PowerPoint).

Preferred Qualifications
  • PHR/SPHR/TAS credentials or other Human Resources certifications preferred.
  • 5-7 years of full-life cycle recruitment within a healthcare setting.

Description

SUMMARY: Under the general guidance of the HR Director, collaborates with Recruitment team to oversee and manage full life-cycle recruitment for assigned business units. Develop competencies, create behavioral interview templates, facilitate recruitment workshops, job fairs, provide and routinely assess recruitment analytics and create dashboard presentations.

Job Functions:

  • Must be proficient in full life-cycle recruitment. Healthcare experience is strongly desired.
  • Have knowledge of or spearheaded the implementation of recruitment software and application tracking systems.
  • Understand the methodology behind team based interviewing as well as incorporating behavioral interviewing in our work place.
  • Advanced skills in team building relationships with managers, executives, administrators, etc.
  • Calculate and be able to routinely present recruitment analytics, dashboards and metrics to department heads and HR Director.
  • Conduct interview and recruitment workshops as well as exit interviews.
  • Ability to create interview templates for each role within the assigned business unit.
  • Coordinate and schedule phone screens, interview appointments, etc.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills.
  • Implements sourcing strategies, to attract a pool of candidates for roles within the organization. Should be comfortable thinking outside the box.
  • Develop strategies that include internal and external research to identify recruitment and retention strategies.
  • Other duties assigned by management.
