Required Qualifications
  • Bachelor’s degree (B.A.), preferably in Accounting or Finance, with a minimum of two years related experience or equivalent required.
  • Healthcare knowledge or experience a plus, as well as IT infrastructure.

  • Strong organizational, problem-solving and analytical skills
  • Advanced Excel (including arrays, vlookup, pivot tables, charts)
  • Excellent written and oral communication skills

Position Summary:

The coordinator acts as a Department liaison to all companies within the organization by interfacing with all levels of management to perform operational analyses, provides key financial metrics, conducts benchmark analyses, creates business plans, forecasts operating results and supports critical business strategic and operating decisions.

Job Responsibilities:

  • Ordering of Supplies and Inventory for all ambulatory sites and HSC
  • Physician and Staff onboarding – IT and office coordination
  • Pursues and advises regarding potential functionality enhancements to the business intelligence and budget software modules
  • Oversees all accounts payable
  • Analyzes financial management reports; investigates and explains unusual variances; identifies, researches, monitors and reports operational trends that impact business performance
  • Reviews, analyzes, prepares and reports recommendations regarding the financial impact of equipment purchases, business opportunities, capital expenditures
  • Assists with special projects as needed
  • Works independently and as a team member
  • Performs other duties as assigned.
