Required Qualifications


  • Associate’s Degree
  • Minimum of one year of Data Reporting experience.
  • Minimum of one year of Data Analysis experince. 
  • Excellent communication and analytical skills. 


Preferred Qualifications
  • Bachelor’s Degree
  • Preferred two years of Healthcare Data Analysis experience.


SUMMARY: The accounts payable specialist will act as a Department liaison to outside vendors, provide support with accounts payable matters, such as purchase order requisitions/processing and certify.


Job Duties & Essential Functions:

  • Responsible for monthly A/P closing and reconciling A/P schedule.
  • Ensure requisitions on Certify are submitted in a timely fashion.
  • Responsible for reconciling A/P invoices.
  • Assists in receiving orders and with annual inventory.
  • Perform other duties as assigned.
