In an Emergency

Call "911" for a life threatening emergency such as a major accident or a sudden severe illness, or if for any reason you believe you are experiencing a medical emergency. If you go to an Emergency Department, tell the physician treating you the name and number of your physician. This will help aid communication with your physician if appropriate, and enable him/her to help coordinate your treatment. It is recommended that you keep a list of your medications with you to assist in the event of an emergency.
